Support

How can we help?

Support comes straight from the team building realuptime: reach us through the form below or by email, and expect a direct, human reply, not a ticket queue.

Effective August 4, 2026

Send a message

Tell us what is going on and we will reply by email, usually within a business day or two.

Up to 5,000 characters.

Looking for an answer to a common question instead? Check the FAQ first, it covers how checking works, plan limits, billing, data, and API access.

For faster help

Include the following when it is safe to do so:

  • the email address on your account;
  • the affected status-page slug, monitor name, or request time;
  • what you expected and what happened instead; and
  • a screenshot or error message with passwords, API keys, and webhook secrets removed.

Account and billing

Use the subject “Account help” or “Billing help.” Never email a password, complete payment-card number, API key, or Slack webhook URL. Include the date and amount for a billing question when available. Refund requests: see our refund policy.

Monitoring problems

Include the monitor name, approximate time, affected regions, and whether your own logs showed the same behavior. Monitoring observations can differ by network and region, so those details are useful.

Security reports

Use the subject “realuptime security report” and follow the responsible-research guidance on the security page.

Response expectations

We review the inbox regularly and reply directly. There is no 24/7 SLA; urgent security and account-access issues get priority.
